MANILA, Philippines – Rappler talks to Salim Ismail, founding executive director of Singularity University and author of Exponential Organizations.
Ismail, along with co-authors Yuri Van Geest and Michael S. Malone, see the world as it evolves exponentially, driven by the catalysts of technology and globalization. Using their definition, an Exponential Organization is “one whose impact (or output) is disproportionally large – at least 10 times larger – compared to its peers because of the use of new organizational techniques that leverage accelerating technologies.”
